4. Andre has been Julia's ears in Indiana for a long time now - I think he'll do well.
We in Indiana are always proud of Julia - virtually the only true blue progressive from our state in Congress.

5. WIth about 30% of precincts reporting, Andre (D) is leading 51% to 46%.
It will all depend on the turnout - the bigger the turnout the better for Andre.
