Pagesix.com has this screengrab. It appears older than the others below, as at some point the Emperors Club VIP website stopped using faces and switched to a black background from white ones, as seen in the other profiles below. Unlike all the others Huffington Post cannot vouch for it's legitimacy. The physical description of the former bikini model matches that of Spitzer's February 13 tryst with a Kristen:
