Gary Condit (D) was shamed off the Intelligence Committee. Who replaced him? Obama to the surprise of many Senators who served longer in the Senate. Obama was a new comer.

Condit must have opposed their goals and had much to say. I believe he didn't kill his girlfriend (oops another sex case...imagine that).
