I think that is really what it boils down to. Our economy is already a wreck, our military overstretched, and our currency dependent on the worlds mercy.

If McCain gets elected into office this year, he may or may not start more wars, cut more taxes for rich and so on, but what he will certainly not do is lift a single finger to try and reverse the trend that conservative politics have set in motion, already in the eighties with Reagan and even more so with Bush, which will ultimately lead our country irrevokably further down the path of corruption and decadence and ultimately will lead to our country slowly crumbling away into insignificance.

6. Yup, Kerry should have fought for Ohio--We might have been
rid of Chimpco in time to save the country--by 2009 the USA might be a basket case.

3. This Man Speaks The Truth
I almost think it's the only way to make people WAKE THE FUCK UP!!

If we're going to let them kill this country, why not allow them to finish the job.

Part of me almost hopes Amerika crumbles, because at least I will be able to see it coming, and hopefully leave before it's really too late.

4. Good reminder!
I think that if McCain wins by honest means or the usual thievery, nothing at all will change, and unless he has a magic miracle wand, the us will certainly continue to swirl down the septic tank! The only difference will be a slightly new attitude, a prez that can speak well,( but then my dog speaks better than Bush), and maybe someone for vp that's not as evil as lucifer!

So in light of that, I will vote for someone that believes in change anyway!

9. Actually, 1980 election....
was the Beginning of the End.

All the supplyside/neocon/freemarket/chickenhawk whackjobs came out of the woodwork and found a warm reception in D.C.

Been pretty much downhill since then.

2000 was the last chance to stop the giant shit-avalanche that's upcoming.

2004 just steepened the slope.
