White House given 3 days to comply with e-mail inquiry.»

Federal Judge John M. Facciola ruled today that the “White House has three days to explain why it shouldn’t be required to copy its computer hard drives to ensure no further e-mails are lost.” In January, Facciola issued a similar five-day deadline for the White House to report whether computer backup tapes had any of the missing e-mails from 2003-2005. There are potentially more than 5 million missing emails.

1. What 5 million looks like
Ah, yes, those damn pesky missing emails...it seems the GOP wants to listen to everyone's conversation, but their emails are sacrosanct.

3. and what was the outcome of the previous 5 day ultimatum?
They got the *Dog Ate My Homework* answer.

I'm a cynic. This judge and the Congress should put their heads together and send officers in to seize the hard drives. WTF are they waiting for?
