It just struck me that this seemingly mistaken headline is, in a sense, true.

5. I'd just finished watching Bush's speech.

His worldview is one that is attempting to cause world chaos to follow out of Iraq. We are facing huge challenges and an ideologically fueled clash of cultures over resources seems to be their preferred method of dealing with the challenges I mentioned.
The "4,500,000,000 Iraq Refuges" headline seemed an appropriate headline for that thought.

I find this pretty strange. From when to when? Are they just talking the month of January alone, through that year or ??? and notice there are exactly 4000 more in 2006? Something is wrong here...:shrug:
