If it doesn't come back shortly, your ISP might have a routing problem.

If it's hyper important, call them. If not, let it go overnight since the routing tables will refresh and clear out bad paths.

I had a day where I couldn't hit 3 major major websites, but could hit any other. I called my ISP and I was able to prove the routing problem. I got a sheepish apology the next day. Sheepish because their "tech" who was reading from a manual tried to tell me how I was at fault. I explained that I taught networking, and found the problem, and could prove it. The "tech" didn't know what the heck I was talking about. Thankfully they asked their next level support about it before they got too much more incredulous.
