No-smoking no show: A $1,000 bench warrant was issued Tuesday for "Transformers" star after he failed to appear in a Los Angeles County courthouse on a charge of lighting up where he shouldn't. LaBeouf, 21, was cited last month for unlawful smoking, according to the warrant, which didn't state the circumstances or location of the offense.

suggestion: Why don't you all spend your time and energy on efforts that are FAR more important instead of prying that last ciggy outta the lips of the black-lunged among us - like ending the 'war' (that's not really a 'war' ~ occupation is more accurate, where your tax money is spent (on the 'war'), are you being adequately represented in Congress ~ and if not, why not?, the dollars in your pocket, bank, 401K are worth about 30% less than they were just a short time ago, etc.

I know that you ninny-nanny's can multi-task as you come for my last pack of cigs, but is your time/effort REALLY worth coming after that last pack of cigs of mine, when everything else crumbles around you/us? Let's hope that you budget your time better in the future as to what is really important/meaningful in the GRAND scope of things.

You tell me the difference OK.. Pollute the air with smoke or pollute the ground with litter. I see no difference what-so-ever. But since it is an addiction people seem to feel they have that right..Oh I know cars do it too and so do factories, but so do other people throw things from their cars, does that make it OK for you to throw things from your car...:shrug:
