4. Pre-Reagan banking and finance regulations rules back on the books.

The merger of huge international banks and financial system have resulted in way to hide money and steal it.

5. Their lust for complete deregulation caused the problems
but I'm reasonably confident they won't be allowed to fail completely.

Re regulation is essential now that we've all been reminded of why things got regulated in the first place.

Put the thieves and snake oil salesmen out of business and the rest of it will be fine.
