Why is it that morbidly obese people are always almost naked? Is it that they cannot find clothes or is it to increase the "ew" factor?

The kid isn't so obese that you can't cover him with a t-shirt.
I've seen people that weigh 700 lbs. They are a little more difficult to cover up.

15. I don't think they are trying to "ew" anybody. And most likely it is a medical condition that is

causing him to be obese. One of the recent discoveries is that people who are obese may lack normal brain mechanisms that would tell their body to quit eating. They are constantly craving food. I really hate that I feel the need to explain anything though. People who make fun of people because of their physical attributes are sick, and in need of help themselves.
