Alright, with the recent events in Tibet, I noticed a few posters willing to defend the illiberal, authoritarian Chinese government. Some are attacking Pelosi as well. Are these people paid propagandists or something?

It's amazing, but do people not realize that this is a government funding regimes complicit of genocide in Burma and Darfur? That stifles all internal dissent at home? That has been trying to destroy Tibetan culture for over fifty years? That have threatened to invade Taiwan on several occasions? That helped create Pakistan's nuclear program?

It goes without mentioning that it supplies Wal Mart, that all efforts to organize labor are crushed, that they have NO environmental standards whatsoever.

Yes, I know the RWers always go on about China but...seriously. The Chinese government is not worth defending. What they are doing should go against what any liberal stands for.

1. Which government is not worth defending?
Chinese factories produce goods for Walmart; WHO BUYS the products at Walmart?

Crushing organized labor? see General Motors.

I openly complained about Pelosi, because she is in a powerful position in the current US government, but she does not make a difference.

Google "glass house" and "throwing stones".
