If I was the state of Colorado.

I'd ban the name "Ronald Reagan" and "Focus on the Family" signs on the highway. Or force them pay $10 million annually in taxes just to keep both of their damn signs up on *BOTH* sides - that's 2.5m each sign.

When you cross El Paso County, it changes to "Ronald Reagan Highway" and lasts until you get to Pueblo County which changes to more approprorate "JFK Memorial Highway"
