Obama made his visit on the view today, Clinton made hers previously. Both of them were great at shooting down Elisabeth Hasselbeck's insane ideology, also known as "Hannity's talking points" by the TWoP crowd. EH was trying to demonize BO regarding Wright. Edited to say - notice the DEMS on the panel just cracking up. When Clinton was there she corrected various things that EH has been completely wrong on prior to her appearance. That was just as great.

7. Please... can you refrain from calling any woman a bimbo? I'm tired of

people using derogatory language towards women. It hurts us all. It makes it acceptable. It implies that women can be and ought to be treated like this. I don't agree with the view points. I can dismiss them with civility and rational argument. I don't care what side of the fence a woman is on or if its Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, or Lindsey Lohan creating the worst examples of human debauchery, we do not need to slur them. When we do this, we make it "ok" to say things about women in general. Its not ok.

Who else comes to mind how about Dana Perino....spokesperson for the President.....wow...how shall we excuse her subpar performance? When we know that that are far more qualified and intelligient women out there we should just accept her because? Why?

There are plenty of us out here that work our tails off and we may not be the tallest or the prettiest but we are good at what we do.

The world we have been living in for the last 7.3 years has been that it's okay to be below average in this country, it's okay to fail but get promoted anyway. It's okay to make an ass out of yourself because and make outrageous statements but all is forgiven.

The women that you mentioned have made sure that their public image is what it is. You didn't make them do it, I didn't make them do it. They are responisble for their own image and their own lives.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepard like all Republicans are allowed to spew their hate upon everyone and everytying that is not assimilated in their party. Blacks, Hispanics, Gays, Science, Womens rights, Global Warming...the list goes on....

I will not make excuses for these women and their actions. They have done more damage to women in the United States than me calling them bimbo's.
