Yecchhh!!!! I had to watch Faux "News" today.....
Edited on Fri Mar-28-08 07:56 PM by Presidentcokedupfrat
I was waiting for my car at the dealership and was forced to sit through an hour of what passes for insightful discussion on Faux. The anchor, was, of course a bottle blond, the men were all rabid Republican apologists, and the comments were all negative towards Obama and Hillary, with a special glee reserved for the anti-Hillary part. I'm supporting Obama but I even found Faux' Hillary bash-a-thon just a little disgusting and juvenile.

I have to take a shower now.....

2. I think you should be voted, "BEST DU NAME AWARD"!!!
:7

I know what you mean about being at certain business places with that infotainment station on. I also find the Hillary-bashing, well,...not only obsessive but just plain sick.

7. Thanks for the complement
about my handle.....

And, yes, the Hillary-bashing is just tiresome. And this is coming from an Obama supporter (by way of John Edwards).

3. Ya....I feel your pain. What's up with car dealers?
I bring my Chevy in for a simple oil change, and have to suffer through those Fox 'n Friends airheads. It's akin to TV waterboarding. Yeeecccchh!

4. Why is it that in every waiting room no matter for what,
Faux news is always the channel on?? When that happens...and there aren't too many watching it, I either go up to the TV and change it manually to MSNBC or CNN or I find the remote and change it. This has happened to me at the car dealership, hospital waiting rooms, doctor's office's, lobbys of all sorts, bars & restaurants, etc. It drives.me.CRAZY!

6. Maybe there's something "subliminibal"
In the messages spouted by the "Fair and Balanced" network that makes businesses' TVs tune in to their lie-fests.....

I just found Faux to be so appallingly bad...how could anyone, right or left, watch it????

10. One time being subjected to Faux news wasn't so bad...
but then, a Dem commentator said 'bush is on drugs if he thinks...' and I can't remember what she was referring to. All I know is that half the folks in the waiting room laughed when she said it. This was very surprising since we were at the VA hospital and most in there were retired people.

Then again...a lot of those guys were Vietnam Vets and most every one I ever met hates bush with a passion...except maybe three.

11. You think that is bad.
I'll tell you bad. Try working in the oilfield and everywhere you go they are playing faux noise or RW hate radio. They actally re-transmit the radio station so it can be heard all over the field. Then you have to listen to every dumbass knuckledragger repeating what he just heard and thinking he's the smartest guy in the room. Its enough to make you go postal. Ughhh.
