Union or working family households please read

The Labor Forum: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=367

I'm burned out. I see many union yes avatars in this and other forums that never make it to the Labor Forum. It is not MY forum. I've never been a moderator and don't want that thankless job. Looking back to when we were a union group with little activity, I'm amazed at how far we have come. There have been very few arguments there. It is a happy place. I don't want to just drop the ball and run. I'll be returning to work on a medically restricted basis soon. I'll know more after I see the doctor Monday. Once I'm back to full duty, my promotion will cause me to work a lot of overtime. So there is a time coming when I won't have the time to devote to the forum I've had up to now. I'm open to suggestions on how to get more posts or traffic so the Forum can stand on it's own.

Our Issues:

* Health Care
* Good Jobs
* Quality Education
* Retirement | Social Security
* Fighting Corporate Corruption
* Unemployment
* Rights at Work

That is why labor & our party belong to each other.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Omaha Steve

1. Thanks again, Omaha Steve, for all the work you've put into that forum
I surf it regularly to keep up with labor news. I've always been impressed with all the information you find, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who, despite not posting their regularly, is appreciative of all the work that you've done for it thus far. I don't blame you for being burnt out, and I don't really have a great suggestion to contribute, but I wanted to say that and give the thread a rec and a kick :)
