Late March snow stuns Twin Cities

Please take it easy if you decide to shovel this stuff! It is the heaviest and wettest snow that can fall! 4 to 8 inches of snow will blanket most of the southern half of the state Monday night before it tapers to flurries and ends early Tuesday. Temperatures will stay cool on Tuesday with highs only reaching the upper 30s, but then we'll begin to warm back into the 40s on Wednesday. Even though we'll get some sunshine on Tuesday, another shot of clouds and rain will move in quickly on Wednesday.

I really don't think that anyone in Minnesota is "stunned" by a late March snowstorm. I lived there for over 50 years and it seems to have happened all the time. Must be a rookie headline writer.

2. I remember April snow from the era when I lived in MPLS/St. Paul.

Only about three good months up there to dine outside. This will show those yuppies who moved to MPLS suburbs because the Twin Cities were rated high on some bourgeois livability scale!
