So ... Paulson comes up with a 218 page plan for more power.
Anyone remember the Patriot Acts? A huge number of pages ready, seemingly, in hours.

This is the same sort of shit. They've had this one on the shelf waiting for the right time to introduce it.

I don't trust these motherfuckers as far as I can throw them.
