2. Mobile Phones kill a thousand people every day?
Edited on Tue Apr-01-08 11:51 AM by onehandle
Umm... Nope.

In fact they save lives in emergency situations.

What do cigarettes do?

Kill.

They have no practical function.

5. This is what is know as a meta-study. This is not new research.
It is where someone combines data from multiple previous studies. I only read about ti briefly but it sounded to me like he used some pretty subjective standards to determine how to weight the studies. I'd be interested to hear more from anyone that knows more details because it didn't sound like this meta-study is worth much.

6. Has been posted for several days repeatedly
Also the poster says that cordless phones also cause tumors. If this were the case, there would be more evidence to support this.

Bluetooth operates at the same frequency as cordless phones - 2.4 ghz.

7. A link to the actual study.
http://www.brain-surgery.us/mobilephone.html

You'll notice there is no data whatsoever and is completely subjective. This is a bogus "study".

8. Egads. That's an absolutely painful read.
Every other sentence in bold? Check. Multiple exclamation points? Check. Claims that the sky is actually falling? Check.

Reads like some of the posts around here.
