Naomi arrested after row on plane
Supermodel Naomi Campbell has been held at Heathrow Airport on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.

A police spokesman said: "At 1711 police were called after a disturbance at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.

"A 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer and is currently in detention at Heathrow police station," he added. A BAA spokeswoman at Heathrow Airport said "Police today boarded a British Airways plane and removed a passenger."

Naomi Campbell was sentenced to do community work in New York last year after being convicted of assault. She was made to mop floors and clean toilets for five days, as a punishment for throwing a mobile phone at her maid.
