Thanks, Georgie. We know how hard you've worked. After all, the work is hard, real hard.

Maybe it's time for the pResident to address the nation and remind us all about personal responsibility.

IIRC, even Dick Cheney has had his portfolio moved into Euro denominated stocks and funds. What's up with that, Dick?

You can look at the slide of the US dollar vs. the Euro here:

He may not even manage to find the rest of the US states of the map, if he was trying before he was sworn into office in 2000... The man is just S.T.U.P.I.D I have tryed to get all 50 states on a blind map, where just the outlines of eatch state was given.. Get 94 prosent right... And that was in 6 grade!

But, as you point out, Europe and Euro have doing great, thanks to this president....

6. Your English comes through loud and clear...
I teach at a small liberal arts college with a big abroad program, and I just feel sorry for all those kids (well, their parents, actually) who have been traveling and living in Europe in recent years. The cost has gone through the roof for them. I don't begrudge the Europeans the extra income, but it's been hard on American tourists and students. The college has programs in Spain, France, Germany, Italy and many other union countries.

Nice to hear from you -- where are you located?

Ah, it must be interesting to work in a liberal arts college, even if you may never be that rich when it come to money then. But in many other cases you maybe are richer than many, many of the milli-oars who are living in US... I guess I would never be rich, but I live, and live good so I guess I am rich in many views of "rich":P

Yes it must be hard to travel to europe, specially when the US dollar hear going from bad, to worse.. The US dollar are not good in this days, and I guess it would be hard for them to get the budget up and going. Even if the student are living "modest" it could be hard... But education cost then.

For europe, it have been like that for ages. It was expensive to travel abroad, specially when you have to travel where the US currency as accepts as the money they prefer to use. When I was a kid, we was often in the Eastern part of Europe as tourist, and even that my family never was poor, I know that they have to save a lot of money, to get that Holiday in the sun... But then my family was know to little hardship, when they both was growing up under the war (WW2) and they know what it meant, to save.. A teaching I self have made to get into my skin too..

I am located in the northern part of Europe, Norway to be precise. A small country in the north of Europe. Well, the size is maybe small, but we have a coast, that, if stretched out, are going from Svalbard, to Rom, in Italy.. (you have to stretch out some fjords, but you se the point).. Norway are nabour with Sweden and Denmark. And are maybe most known for our vikings, and as some american believe, white polar bear in the streets:woohoo: Have been living in Norway for the past 31 year, and are a native son of this country.. When it come to that polar bear stuff, I have never seen a polar bear when it was not in zoo... And that bear looks tired and warm.... And I was 7...

Thank you for that you understand my english, maybe my english teacher after all would be proud of me, I was never the brightest english student in the school I am afraid:blush: But I go by somehow

Now, I guess it is time to go to bed, before a early morning... Good night Flowomo, and hopefully your country would stand up, and be what it once was.. A great nation in the true word of the meaning.. Not what it have become now.. This is worse than after the Water-gate. This is worse than under the Vietnam war.. This was US become now is just..... Well I have not the word for it... I do, but it would not matter anyway. But I am counting down the days to this sorry excuse for a man is out off office...

4. We need a long list for all our Bushbot friends
But, of course, the Bushbots I'm around would exclaim, "Do you believe everything you read?" Dumb, dumb Bushbots. Of course, I'm being redundant.
