A. Sullivan On Matthews Show: Addington, Yoo & Rumsfeld Shouldn't Leave The Country
They are in danger of being picked up and indicted for war crimes. My thought: good and why isn't Cheney on that list?

3. Precisely
But he will always have protection. And for some strange reason he seems to be given a pass. Now it's true that all three named were Cheney people and there is no doubt in my mind that there was a conspiracy between the four of them. But either by default or as a willing participant, * had the final say and should be on the list.

5. 10 years after he leaves office he will no longer have SS protection
If he wants protection he will have to pay for it.

And Cheney loses protection once he leaves office.

6. 10 Years Is A Long Time
And I wonder if that will work in his favor, though I can envision a scenario, in a changed world, 10 years from now where responsible citizens would be cleaning up the past and re-balancing the scales of justice. It will also be interesting to see if innocents detained at Guantanamo have court cases against these people.

13. Kissinger travels outside the US quite often
most recently in Davos a few days ago,

11. Did you see Matthews' reaction?
Edited on Sun Apr-06-08 11:16 AM by Marr
He casually said, "Really? I'll be right back with this week's BIG QUESTION!"

Didn't even acknowledge it. Corporate/GOP stooge to the core.

14. Maybe the USDOS should confiscate their passports ..
.. for their own protection, of course!

Extraordinary rendition: Not just by the USA anymore?
