Political figures on the right seem to be dying off without replacement
I would just like to point out several body blows that the conservative movement has suffured in recent years. Clearly having a living symbol is of some value.

William Rennquist d. 2005
Ronald Reagan d. 2004
Milton Friedman d. 2006
William F Buckley d. 2008
Jerry Falwell d. 2007
James D Kennedy d. 2007

And whatever I can do to hasten the death of conservatism, I will do.

It is an evil philosophy, esp that virulent variety practiced over the last 30 years or so,
