U.S. must free photographer, Iraq judges rule
If Bushco acts quickly, they could still get a "confession" from this guy. After all, the US would not hold someone prisoner for two years, without some sort of evidence. But, then there is that last name.:eyes:

They dismiss terror charges against AP journalist, citing new amnesty law

"BAGHDAD - An Iraqi judicial committee has dismissed terrorism-related allegations against Associated Press photographer Bilal Hussein and ordered him freed after nearly two years in U.S. military custody, the AP reported Wednesday.

The decision by a four-judge panel said Hussein's case falls under a new amnesty law and orders Iraqi courts to "cease legal proceedings." The ruling said Hussein should be "immediately" released if no other charges are pending.

The ruling is dated Monday but AP's lawyers were not able to thoroughly review it until Wednesday.

U.S. military officials have alleged that Hussein, 36, had links to terrorist groups but have refused to disclose what evidence or which accusations would be presented..."
