McCovey Cove during Giants games. Probably fish bridge-divers out of the bay. STuff like that.

Everybody laughs at the jet-skis until their city is being crushed by a giant aquatic monster. Then they're all "ooh! Where were our jet-skis?!" Suckers.

8. all kinds of no fishing areas as well, i was in Pacifica a few months ago and some
guys were fishing and in their catch was something that was off limits and the cops at the pier were all over them.

10. Lots cheaper than having an equal number of full sized boats.
Waverunner/jetski vehicles these days can go upwards of 60 mph, are far more agile and easier to maintain/store than a full sized boat. The water equivalent of the motorcycle cop.
