When our media says "Radical Militias" they are almost ALWAYS

talking about Al Sadr's Mahdi Army. Don't let them fool you into thinking that Maliki's militia (i.e. OUR forces, and the "Iraqi Army") are just clashing with a large assortment of unrelated dead enders.

Sadly, If you want to get some idea of the truth these days, there is nowhere outside the blogosphere to go except CSpan. The real situation over there became clear during the questioning of Petraeus & Crocker, not that you could tell from the 6 O'Clock News. . .
