I'm so nervous. I was "elected" a month ago and this is the first meeting I'm chairing. Elected is in quotes because nobody else wanted the job. I suppose I'll be better than "nobody", but I do want to succeed.

3. This is in my local town, so it's neutral about the candidates

We've had our primaries already, (I think about 50 / 50 for each) although we have a super-delegate coming today, that isn't what we're discussing. this is to plan how to make the town more Democratic. I have many ideas, but it's hard in this day and age when everybody's busy.
