Man, I'm frustrated over the arrest of Sea Shepherd people in Canada
http://www.cbc.ca/canada/newfoundland-labrador/story/2008/04/14/williams-watson.html

So, the Sea Shepherd says they were in international waters. The Coast Guard says they were in Canadian waters. EVERY news report mentions this but NONE have said where the ship actually was. It is bothering the HELL out of me. It's the most important part of the story and no-one has bothered to find out where the damned ship was. URGH

2. They wanted to get arrested
But, my issue is if this was in international waters or not.

3. I'm surprised that there isn't a report
that would give the lat/long of the ship's location at the time of the alleged lawbreaking.

Oh, wait...no I'm not.

4. See, and that's what frustrates me
It would appear no reporters have even called Watson to get the location. Then called the Coast Guard to see if there is a difference. I actually doubt the coast guard would lie in this. They really have no reason to. But, if a mistake was made the people should get their bail back.

5. I'm sure the only true way to know
is locked in the Farley Mowat's computer and any GPS tracking that was done of her. Sadly, the Coast Guard has had access to the boat, so I wouldn't trust data that would show them in violation.

I'm afraid the season will be over before they get their bail or their boat back, as was intended.
