Poll question: George Walker Bush is a War Criminal. The 2003 invasion of Iraq was his crime.
Using the definitions of International Crimes of the International Criminal Court

George Walker Bush is a War Criminal, the 2003 invasion of Iraq was his crime.

Agree, disagree, or do you have a different opinion? Btw, imho George Walker Bush has committed other crimes while occupying the Office of The President of The United States but the invasion of Iraq was arguably the worst (leaving aside his installation as POTUS, etc.).

1. He can plead insanity due to diminished mental faculties.
Now Richard Bruce Cheney is another case altogether.

3. Nope. Plea rejected.
Otherwise, Dick could plea insanity due to heartlessness.

18. I think he is really crazy...
I have been convinced GWB is beyond unstable and is seriously nuts for quite some time.
I am convinced he invaded Iraq to somehow make up for George the First's loss of face/lack of conquest in the first sandbox excursion, and I believe there is a certain amount of right wing "religious" bible prophecy crap involved in it as well.

I also think history will not be kind to G, or those who elected and supported him.

4. I stipulated the fact that he has committed many others-it's the overarching cause of my bitterness.
A War Criminal unelected President held unaccountable by the 109th and 110th Congresses of The United States of America-a War Criminal that tortures and employs mercenaries and that has gravely harmed the US military and military families as a result of his criminal invasion of Iraq in 2003.

8. Bush is a war criminal guilty of torturing children.
On Bush's authority, the CIA and their hands at Abu Ghraib and who knows where else engaged in atrocities on children.

Bush Advisor Says President Has Legal Power to Torture Children

By Philip Watts

01/08/06 "revcom.us" -- -- John Yoo publicly argued there is no law that could prevent the President from ordering the torture of a child of a suspect in custody – including by crushing that child’s testicles.

This came out in response to a question in a December 1st debate in Chicago with Notre Dame professor and international human rights scholar Doug Cassel.

SNIP...

This part of the exchange during the debate with Doug Cassel, reveals the logic of Yoo’s theories, adopted by the Administration as bedrock principles, in the real world.
Cassel: If the President deems that he’s got to torture somebody, including by crushing the testicles of the person’s child, there is no law that can stop him?
    Yoo: No treaty.
Cassel: Also no law by Congress. That is what you wrote in the August 2002 memo.
Yoo: I think it depends on why the President thinks he needs to do that.

9. one day he will be referred to as a convicted war criminal too
Hes not going to get by with killing upwards of a million people, just like the Nazis didn't. No telling just how many when it comes right down to it.
