McCain as Media President
The Media, it seems almost all of it is focusing on being so light on McCain and so hard on Hillary and Obama that it seems they are trying to push McCain as president.

Some of the masses are listening to them, so turned off by the attacks they are going to McCain because they believe the media.

This has me angry. Example "Bitter-gate" when poll after poll stated this wasn't effecting PA's voter choices the media just pressed and pressed on this topic despite the fact most of the watchers didn't seem to care. They pressed so much making people sick of the news.

They then ignore McCain's miss steps or even policy debate. For those of us who saw the debate it seems the media has 0 interest in actual policy questions where McCain will fail.

Watching this election now is like watching the Media Polish the crown of the american presidency for McCain.

2. The Media want to report on Conflict, and we're providing them their material
Fortunately, Americans have a short attention span.

3. Part of the problem is McCain doesn't have a Hillary
Attacking him at every turn, constantly rehashing non-stories. Once Obama is free from having to deal with Hillary and her mole hill politics, he will be appear to have nearly as good a treatment as McCain.

5. Yeah. Obama can look forward to great, insightful coverage.
Just like Kerry, Gore, Mondale, Dukakis...

6. Remember before Hillary's "the press loves Obama but not me" campaign
He was getting some pretty good treatment, not great mind you but pretty good for a Dem.

7. Sure. At that point she was leading, and they were using Obama
to take her down. As I said elsewhere, I imagine their agenda last night was to pump Hillary on the theory that the longer they keep the Primary insanity going, the more injury Hill will do to Barack (now almost certainly the nominee), thereby making it easier for McCain in the fall. Their real agenda is to keep Republicans in power.

4. What did you expect? Think about who it was that over looked everything the BEFF
done these last 8 years and think of the repercussions the media will face if the Democratic party gains control of all 3 branchs of government. Remember the freedom of press thing was to be used as a way to keep americans informed on government actions ( press = spies for "We the people" ) but these last 8 years they became republican propaganda machines. If the BEFF goes down so will the media enablers.
