"'So, Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, what do you see in a 24-year-old, sensationally beautiful gymnast with a penchant for posing semi-naked that you don't see in your lovely, middle-aged, matronly wife Ludmilla.

It is also the kind of question that hardly needs answering for the millions who have tuned in to the YouTube film of Alina Kabaeva performing a decidedly provocative gymnastic routine."

Why do men go into politics? Why deal with all the headaches and criticism? Click on the link for some barely SFW pics.

2. The bigger question is why is M$M
attacking him for leaving his 50 year old wife for a woman half his age? McSameasBush and a plethora of American politicians have done the same.

What is he doing that Sarkozy hasn't already done? I hate double standards.

Perhaps it will make people THINK about McSame's situation and the way they treat it?

4. McCain did leave his first wife for a much younger woman,
who is his current wife.
I haven't heard a peep about it from the talking tv heads.

8. McCain also had admitted to affairs prior to Cindy. Nice man,
he cheated on his first wife who was crippled from a car accident. Not a peep is right.

13. Wouldn't the better question be
why ISN'T the m$m going after the others too? I'm all for eliminating the double standard.

5. Typicall. And completely sexist.
Just another sick example of the phalocentric, male-dominated, patriarchal, sick society we live in. Really sad. Just sad.

6. I 'm in no position to know if it is sexist
Suppose he had a very bad marriage? I don't give a shit what people do in their private lives. I just hate double standards.

Now it all makes sense.

11. This happens all the time and it seems that MSM doesn't bat an eyelash. They do though when
a woman marries a much younger man. Earlier this week on the Today Show they were all wide-eyed about Ivan Trump marrying a man who is 24 years younger than her.

Or the cases where women in their 50s want to and do give birth. They get panels of psychologists on the morning shows to talk about it and meanwhile, you'll have a decaying piece of flesh like Larry King fathering a child in his 70s and hardly a word.

There is such an incredible double standard.

15. Frankly, I don't know and don't care
It is between him, his wife and the gymnast. What does a nubile twenty year old rhythmic gymnast see in a middle age, former KGB, Russian political figure?

But hey, let's get all titillated and outraged over the love life of a political figure. And gee, weren't many people condemning such interests a decade ago in regards to a certain Democratic president? Hmmm:eyes:
