Dornbracht faucets have awarded The Plagiarius Awards to a Chinese company this year. I don't know what the maximum allowed lead content of Germany is, but this is scary. Be careful when you are buying "new" items, not in the original packaging.

After the event, Dornbracht said this latest example of MEM plagiarism shows that the materials used and the workmanship of copies are often of extremely poor quality or may even be harmful.
