enacted during the REAGAN administration:rofl:

he's been out of office for 20 years, and his records are still velcro-ed to a vault floor in Texas somewhere....

all we "know" about his admin is what Grover Norquist & the Bushes want us to know.. that and all the love-sonnets written to and about him..

According to the LAW, Presidential records are available for
public scrutiny 12 years after the said president leaves
office.  Not only are Ray-guns records unavailable, so are
Bush41's and Cinton's. Even though Bill
"objects"....
