My right wing boss told me....

- That Bill Clinton was the biggest disgrace for a president we ever had.

- That he read Anne Coulter books.

- That the only reason the economy was good under Bill was because 'Reaganomics' finally kicked in.

- That the republicans always do what has to be done, even if it isn't popular.

- That this country better not elect a nigger for president.

Welcome to America.

35. I've never heard Ron Paul supporters talk like that.
Ron Paul supporters are mostly libertarian 9-11 activists who hate the war, the police state, and largely believe the Democrats and the Republicans are the same party. Most of the ones I know (Ron Paul is popular where I live) are looking for a populist candidate and would vote for Kucinich over McCain if he pursued impeachment and openly suggested that 9-11 should be reinvestigated. Their top motivation is anti-war and anti-totalitarian. I know quite a few Ron Paul supporters that don't agree with his ideas on race or abortion, but they, like the many Democrats who dismiss LGBT issues, simply think the 'big crisis' is the war and the police state and that all other issues are secondary distractions.

- To color inside the lines of his Anne Coulter books.

- That the only reason the economy was good under Bill was because he was economically responsible and followed the checks and balances processes nor gave him self permission to break constitutional laws. Oh, and dont forget the surplus he created and GWB wiped his ass with.

- That the republicans NEVER do what has to be done but what is in their best interest, even if it isn't popular.

- That this country better not elect another piece of shit rethug asshole fascist for president.

Wire yourself up -- press the record button & ask your boss how he feels about unlimited surveillance of US citizens. If he says it's fine with him -- get him on record saying the things you reported in your OP.

Then gently coerce the gentleman into giving you anything you want...

52. Harassment in the workplace.
Harassment is a form of employment discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, (ADEA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, (ADA).

Harassment is unwelcome conduct that is based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, disability, and/or age. Harassment becomes unlawful where 1) enduring the offensive conduct becomes a condition of continued employment, or 2) the conduct is severe or pervasive enough to create a work environment that a reasonable person would consider intimidating, hostile, or abusive. Anti-discrimination laws also prohibit harassment against individuals in retaliation for filing a discrimination charge, testifying, or participating in any way in an investigation, proceeding, or lawsuit under these laws; or opposing employment practices that they reasonably believe discriminate against individuals, in violation of these laws.

Offensive conduct may include, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, epithets or name calling, physical assaults or threats, intimidation, ridicule or mockery, insults or put-downs, offensive objects or pictures, and interference with work performance. Harassment can occur in a variety of circumstances, including, but not limited to, the following:

The harasser can be the victim's supervisor, a supervisor in another area, an agent of the employer, a co-worker, or a non-employee.
The victim does not have to be the person harassed, but can be anyone affected by the offensive conduct.
Unlawful harassment may occur without economic injury to, or discharge of, the victim.

67. not that easy. you have to establish a pattern of harassment in order to get anywhere
basically, in the eyes of the courts, person a says something innapropriate, person b asks him to stop, person a stops. problem solved. if person a continues with it then it's a pattern and you have a claim.

54. Want More ?
My last boss was the same, he said he hated niggers, I asked him why, he explained...

"One time I was getting on a bus, I was walking down the isle and a black guy stuck his foot out and tried to trip me"

I laughed like mad ...he went on...

"Another time ...I was on vacation and me and my wife hired a charter boat in the keys to go fishing, since it was only me and my wife we had to share the boat with other people. We showed up in the morning and the other people were there...niggers. I started to think about not going, my training has taught me not to get stuck in dangerous situations(training karate)..so anyway, we ended up going...and sure enough the one guy gets out a 10 inch knife and starts to sharpen it, right in front of us...Shit, those guys could have killed me and the captain and raped my wife."

He seems to just end the story there, I was thinking the situation turned bad...really bad. I asked .."So what the fuck happened" ..He says "nothing, they were just fishing, they caught the biggest fish" ...I repeated what he just said in a high voice like WTF ? ..."They were just fishing" ..I went back to what I was doing shaking my head like I was just punked

For some reason..in his twisted mind, that story was a reason to hate 'niggers'

I live in the suburbs of Chicago. Wanna hear about the "spics" ?
