1. They waterboard toddlers don't they?
Well I hope the toddler's parents don't mind visiters from the FBI and perhaps even from the Department of Homeland Security. Regardless of who one supports, death-threats against the POTUS is never a good idea and worse, it is against the law.

2. Remember when the Republicans used to say about Monicagate?
"What will the children think?"

Now we know what the children think about Bush. :wow:

6. He is probably imitating some adult, perhaps a parent.

My 14-year-old niece hears my bush rants all the time, and sometimes comes out with some over-the-top remarks (short of death threats, though), probably to please me. I always try to explain that bush drives me crazy, making me lose my perspective sometimes.

I must say that in all my life (I'm 58) there has never been a president, or any other public figure, who has made me as angry as bush and cheney. Kids pick up on things like that.

8. I figured as much, too - the kid is just talking shit.
I realize that the secret service has to take any and all threats seriously, but there are millions of people who FEEL like what this boy is saying, even if they don't come out and say it or intend to do actually do anything.

However, I will say - if somebody ever carried out such a thing in reality, I wouldn't even feel the slightest trace of sadness - except for the sad realization that Dick Cheney would be the new president. :puke:

Bush has been an astonishingly bad president, completely anti-American, corrupt and immoral beyond any who went before him. My wife and kids despise him too, although their language isn't that bold...

5. Toddler!?!?
He's bigger than a "toddler."

What is he, 6 - 7?

Hum, this kid does have problems, or he's listening to adults who have real problems.

9. I wouldn't condone the kid's language, however...
...our movies and TV shows repeatedly drill home the lesson that the villain cannot be reasoned or negotiated with - he ALWAYS has to be killed at the end - usually in spectacular fashion.

There is no question that George W. Bush is a real-life villain, no better than Nicolae Ceau?escu or Agusto Pinochet. If the kids have parents that speak frankly about the filthy crimes against humanity committed by POS Bush, it's no wonder that some kids would want to enact a movie-style crusade to "take him down". The line between realityand fantasy is thin with little kids.

If my son said things like that, I'd him that we don't talk like that, and that Mr. Bush needs to be brought before a war crimes tribunal and dealt with by the proper authorities.

I'm still holding out hope that one day, he will be.

10. ya.... and the thing, if your son..... you would talk to him
i do the same. i talk to them. no way validating or justifying what bush does. allowed to be angry with what bush does. responsibility to speak out about what bush does.

but we too have boundaries in our own behavior.

but as parents we would tlak to our kids, have talked to them, cause of all the garbage our society is continually feeding them, and would be just about bush. you are right

12. Yeah hopefully he hasn't seen the pictures of what Bush has done to kids his age in Iraq.
That's enough to make anyone Psycho. But you can't tell from the video what prompted that response to Bush. He seems more intent on establishing his motives than listing complaints. It's disturbing.
