Evidence of Climate Change in Madison, WI?

Here is what the weather is like over the next three days. Right now, its 72 degrees with thuderstorms expected and a tornado watch. Tomorrow night, it will be 35 degrees and rain/snow and the next day will be the same. Then it will get back to the 60s. This is Late April we are talking about.
