Why is Rush allowed to incite riots here in America? Has our legal system, in this country, become
so maligned and inept because of this administration, that it can no longer take action against right wing nuts, using our public air waves, calling for violence.

There is something very seriously wrong here.

2. It's all about dancing around the law...this is beyond street level
feelings of what should be common sensical.

DU needs broadcasters and lawyers who represent them to explain this.

7. I understand exactly what Rush said, and believe me, I get it. Is it because he used the word
'dream' that he can get away with this type of speech? Is it a technicality?

4. I've e-mailed the FCC -- anybody else?
Edited on Sat Apr-26-08 11:58 AM by gateley
I know we should inundate his company, advertisers, etc., but I'm thinking if the FCC fines him, it'll be big news and have the trickle down effect.

Has this been covered by the media AT ALL?

EDIT -- there's a simple complaint form to fill out - very easy and quick. www.fcc.gov

6. Why is he allowed to incite the subversion of the nominating process?
Any newspaperman who did that in years gone by would have found himself cooling his heels in the county lockup. What Lamebawl ordered, and what continues to happen, is a felony in several of the states it's happened in.

Face it, the Justice Department belongs to THEM and there is no way they're going to take that fat Nazi down unless we grab it back.

13. I know the Nader Trader thing went to court. Don't remember the outcome though.
This is the best I could find in a quick search.
