Florida Tax Dollars at work
Edited on Tue Apr-29-08 08:59 AM by lib2DaBone
Florida has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country and some of the most overcrowded roads. So what do you think the highly paid Legislators have been working on? Here's a partial list:

1.) Florida passes get tough Anti-Bully school yard bill

2.) Football fans in Georgia can still buy Florida Gator License Plates

3.) Florida expands Seminole Casino Poker

4.) GOP Legislation allows concealed weapons permit holders to bring their guns to work place

5.) Legislation allows University of FLorida to raise tuition by 40% above State's base.

6.) and last but not least: State moves to ban fake testicles on vehicles
TALLAHASSEE, Florida (Reuters) - Senate lawmakers in Florida have voted to ban the fake bull testicles that dangle from the trailer hitches of many trucks and cars throughout the state.

Republican Sen. Cary Baker, a gun shop owner from Eustis, Florida, called the adornments offensive and proposed the ban. Motorists would be fined $60 for displaying the novelty items, which are known by brand names like "Truck Nutz" and resemble the south end of a bull moving north.http://www.reuters.com/article/oddlyEnoughNews/idUSN4O32105020080425

1. I bet the ratio is rather high ...
# of vehicles with "trucknuts" and Confederate Flag stickers vs

# of vehicles with "trucknuts" and no Confederate Flag stickers

Probably a pretty high number of those with both ...
