a foot of sewage from the bathroom floor only ten hours
after returning from battle.

...I don't know the best descriptor here, but the father who took the photos and posted the video is (still) a Bush supporter. Check out the comments on YouTube. Among them (from him):

"I dont agree with this. I think President Bush has shed more tears for lost soldiers than any president I have seen and I am 60 years old.

This is just a case of someone dropping the ball and the ball needs to be fixed.
