In their latest polling, NBC/WSJ has revealed that George W. Bush, not Rev. Wright, is on the minds of voters -- and they don't like what they feeling:

NBC/WSJ poll: Bush — not Wright or Bill Clinton — is voters' main concern

In the survey, 43 percent of registered voters say they have major concerns that McCain is too closely aligned with the current administration.

Somehow, associate Bush with Obama and do the guilt-by-association smear that has worked so often for them before.

I can see it now. Bush's face on television screens from coast to coast, morphing into Barack Obama. Title beneath the screen: Vote for McCain. Voiceover: We can't afford four more years of this.
