Can anybody name one crime not committed by Bush & Co?
I just can't think of a crime that hasn't been committed by Bush, Cheney, or one of their henchmen over the past eight years. From jaywalking, to war crimes, they seem to have covered the whole gamut.

It's possible that none of them ever had sex with a yak, but who knows?

Can anyone name one crime that they haven't committed or are strongly suspected of committing?

1. They Were Never Arrested
at an anti-war protest or anti-globalization protest?

20. But people get arrested at protests
don't they? And it could be a crime...have you checked *all* the Presidential signing statements?

8. Hmm...
I would have to say ransoming. When we kidnap, we either let them go when we're done torturing them, or we lock up/kill them. No headlines of "Hey, Al-Qaeda, we have you commander! If you want him back, give us _____!"

10. Letting Bin Laden escape at Tora Bora comes pretty close.
Who knows what they may have received in return (perhaps from their Saudi friends) for MIHOP or LIHOP regarding Bin Laden's being allowed to get away.

12. I think that falls under the category of
Actions taken to protect a conspiracy.

Since Bin-Laden was on our payroll, we couldn't allow him to be captured or killed(Although I'm sure he's dead currently due to kidney damage), That would have either exposed them or removed one of the great rallying points of the "war on terror."

I have to say that I like the OP's idea- we could put them on trial for ALL OF IT, and let them try and prove otherwise.

Because it is highly unlikely that any of them ever set foot in the place.

If you've ever been in Provincetown, Massachusetts, you know that it is not the kind
of place that even a Cheneybush henchman would admit to having visited............

15. Suicide...of the physical, not political nature.
I'm pretty sure there are still a few states where non-assisted suicide is considered a crime.
I'll chip in for the one-way airline tickets.

25. We know that children were raped at Abu Ghraib. And we've also
been told that orders for torture came right out of the White House (Cheney, Rice, Rumsfeld, Tenet, Ashcroft). And Bush says he knew all about it.

Check out Seymour Hersch on Google. He reported about children being raped in Abu Ghraib. The MSM ignored it just like they've ignored torture being planned and okayed in the White House.
