6. Unfortunately in DC
with that triad, you can only have two out of the three -- any two -- but never all three.

3. Intelligent, 'Elitist', and Compassionate
Jon Stewart said what I have been saying for a while. I don't want a common man as a president, I want someone who is embarrassingly more intelligent and superior to me. Why the Hell would we elect someone to be PRESIDENT of the United States if they weren't any better than the rest of us?

13. there is a difference between 'elite' and 'elitist'
elite = good, superior, top-shelf
elitist = bad, snob, holier(better)than-thou

18. Yea, I put it in quotes
because while I don't think Obama is the best man for the job, I don't think he is an elitist. Alot of repubs through around that word whenever someone is 'better' than they are. If we're using normal language, then you are correct, elite is probably a better word.
