But they've been picking our presidents for quite awhile now, and they're likely to continue doing so. Their population and the population of other southern states continues to climb at the expense of places like Ohio and Pennsylvania.

I'm sure that whoever had the sign put up knows correct grammar, but was making a direct appeal to voters who talk one way and write another. But whether or not the poor grammar is intentional, at least they know correct science. Cuz, y'know, cloud seeding DON'T work.
