I think MCain has Alzeheimer's....
The amount of "slip-ups" has reached gargantuan proportions. He makes mistakes and "missspeaks" (what the fuck does that mean anyway) all of the time. He does not know the difference between Sunni and Shea and just toady he made a reference to "The League of Nations" instead of the United Nations.....The League of Nations was the precursor to the UN, but ceased existing in 1946.

The McCain slip ups are now daily and not any more comical. This guy is half gone.

4. not to be mean, but I think he has been damaged, call it PTSD or whatever
he did do 5 years as a pow and might have been broken. Hasn't the past 8 years taught us that we need a president with all of his faculties?

5. It's not Alzeheimers. It's the brainwashing from Vietnam kicking in...
...giving him strange flashbacks. Say McCain, why don't you pass the time with a game of Solitaire?

7. He said it would take "a league of nations", not "the League of Nations".
I agree that he frequently confuses issues, but the "league of nations" thing isn't one of them.

Many people who suffer from dementia get more confused as the day goes on. Late evening is the worst.

26. My Dad had that shortly before he passed away
My poor Mom went through hell with it. If he didn't go to bed at 8pm and go to sleep, he got extremely confused, but he was fine in the morning. I was getting middle of the night phone calls from my mother because she was so upset with what was going on.

I wonder if they can schedule all State events before his bedtime?

12. That isn't Alzheimer's ... that's stupidity.
Please don't insult my mother. She died from that but was extremely intelligent
and graduated from college Suma Cum Laude' with a major in Biological Research
and a minor in German language in the 30's! Not easy for a woman then! She was
never as stupid as McLame, even on a bad day, with Alzheimer's, in the early stages!

He's just a plain old shill and a liar and STUPID!!

What makes people think that a guy that VOLUNTEERED to go to Vietnam

is a HERO and somehow THAT event, somehow, makes him intelligent?

:wtf:

IT DOESN'T!!!! :grr:

16. you're probably right....
....but if he should get elected, it really wouldn't matter if he does have Alzeheimers....expectations for him are low and like you say, this guy is half gone already....

....just like bush and raygun before him, he wouldn't be running the executive branch anyway, the corporate junta would be in charge....

18. It could just be Advanced Age Memory Impairment, AAMI is common in septuagenarians.
I simply don't want another septuagenarian president. It's no secret that our memories slip some as we get older.

Reagan was drooling in his jellybeans by the end of his second term.

Alzheimer's. He's a retired NYC cop and I would think would be familiar with the symptoms.
