Game Over

This Clinton bullshit has got to have an end-point. It has to stop. The ongoing and increasingly destructive egomaniacal convulsion of her campaign is becoming the sort of spectacle from which one protects one's family and close friends. You want to cover their ears, shield their eyes.

Even after yesterday's clear message from the voters in Indiana and North Carolina, the Clinton campaign - in a conference call this morning - insists it is going forward. Party unity be damned! Party rules written over the past few years (by Clinton supporters) to ensure her nomination be damned! The rules are not working! Damn the rules! Change them!

Are the continuing attacks on Obama by the Clintons not having the intended effect? Increase them, both in quantity and volume! The Rev. Wright gambit didn't work as planned? Resurrect it! Has the religion card ("He might be a secret Muslim!!!") lost momentum? Then, focus on Obama's race! ("He just can't get the white votes, can he.") Use every filthy negative tactic ever devised by Republican political scum - like the pathetic and dead Lee Atwater and the degenerate and allegedly still alive Karl Rove - to destroy a good and decent candidate who is playing by the rules and winning the Democratic Party nomination for president.

But, the Clintons . . . the Clintons will not be denied. The presidency is theirs, they insist. No matter the cost, they will prevail, they will take what is theirs. Say anything; do anything; form working relationships with demonic political thugs such as Limbaugh and Scaife and Lieberman and Santorum and any right-wing, proto-Fascist willing to add his screech to the anti-democratic operation that is the Clinton slime machine. Toss it all into the mix! Shout it! Scream it! I AM HILLARY CLINTON AND THE PRESIDENCY IS MINE! DO YOU SONSABITCHES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT?

The rotting Clinton campaign is, at his point, a pathetic, hubris-drenched spiral into (ultimately) self-destruction. While this continues, however, she and her advisors will shred the Democratic Party and attempt to destroy Barak Obama before they will quit the field and go the hell home.

Please, someone tell her it's over.

CIA Realizes It's Been Using Black Highlighters All These Years
