OMFG Sharpton, slain groom's fiancée, others arrested in 50-bullet shooting protest

Our rights and freedoms are now gone it's officially a police state.

NEW YORK - The Rev. Al Sharpton was arrested at the Brooklyn Bridge on Wednesday as he and hundreds of demonstrators blocked traffic to protest the acquittal of three detectives in the 50-bullet shooting of an unarmed black man on his wedding day.

Sharpton, two survivors of the shooting and the slain man's fiancee were among about a dozen people arrested on disorderly conduct charges near the base of the bridge.

Police led away demonstrators at several other bridges and tunnels in the city.

1. Do you have room to add the word "protest" at the end of that title?

4. They went out with the intention of getting arrested. The "disorderly"
was refusing to get up and stop praying. (If people did what Al asked). There's no "OMFG" about it.

5. You don't have the right or freedom to stop other people from being free to move
Hence, those people were arrested. "Officially a police state" is simply more ludicrous hyperbole. Focus on the shooting and acquittal, not this.

7. Exactly. If Brother Al's bunch had their movement restricted, there would've been...
Hell to bray.

6. OMFG, you totally screwed up the headline!!
If you're going to report the news could you get it right?

Rev. Al knows exactly what he's doing. Hopefully, at the end of this will come some much needed change, some admited responsibility, and some more training for police.
