2. Bush will leave office in January and enjoy a rich and happy retirement.
No future President will ever pursue him in any capacity.

Bush will pardon his cronies. It's over.

4. Can he pardon people for things they have not been charged with?
I wouldn't think so.

7. Ford did, when he pardoned Nixon for
crimes he "committed or may have committed or taken part in". So there is precedent.

8. He sure did
The famous 'unindicted co-conspirator."

Ford fucked it up, but it was part of the deal to get Nixon to resign. It still pisses me off.

6. bushco will be making a visit to the International Criminal Court
he/they can't make up laws as they go along and expect to get away with it. Oh I know they are now but thats only because of a complicit congress. If we don't send them to the Hague there is many other countries who will if and when they get their hands on these traitors. I won't for a second entertain any thoughts that these traitors are going to walk and frankly you shouldn't either. The bush/cheney cabal is a bunch of criminal, war criminal is only one of the charges they will be charged with

3. If only he could be turned into a non-president now, but he can still veto
...and do appointments and pardons until the day he leaves in January 2009. Impeach both Bush and Cheney now!
