According to People.com http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20199160,00.html?xid=rss-topheadlines Oscar de la Renta designed the dresses (bride and mother - not sure about bridesmaid). I think the color of Laura's dress is nice, but the design is just yuck. Barb looks nice too, I think, except for the fact that in this photo, she appears as though someone has shoved a rod up her backside.

The colors were chosen, supposedly, to mirror the "very natural" colors of the Texas landscape and the lake where Georgie fishes. The stone altar and cross were Shrub's idea and will apparently remain a permanent fixture at the ranch.

I give Jenna credit for choosing to have a less formal, more low-key event than one would expect for a First-Daughter.
