I think the 'gizmo" at the top of the page shows a clever sense of humor on their part.

I offer kudos to a beleaguered group of Admins and Mods who have done their best during this chaotic season and I acknowledge the gentle humor and laughter they offer with the opportunity to punch the "Bad Admins".
