Video: China Earthquake Footage
From Chinese video-sharing website Tudou, user danta1990's footage taken in the Sichuan capital Chengdu:

I tried to embed the video, but can't figure out how to do it.

1. Fascinating
All I got was "We are fine. We are in Chengdu." The guy taking the pictures must've been on the phone at the time and miraculously kept some sort of connection.

It looked like the main quake and a quick aftershock. The BBC cut this film off just before the poor guy under the desk grabbed his shoes. This site is much better quality, though.

The film was on BBC but far less complete. This site is a find! Thanks!

4. Thanks for that!
I bookmarked it.

Tonight when I go get groceries, I think I'm gonna update the "earthquake kit".

5. Good idea
We have to get our hurricane supplies next week. They'll work in the event of an earthquake
