Nebraska is another win for Dems tonight. Scott Kleeb won the primary!!
Against GOPer turned Democrat, very right wing conservative Tony Raimondo.

For the Nebraska Senate race, with 29% of the vote in, Scott Kleeb has 68% of the total, Raimondo has 25%. Over a forty percent lead.

Another very good win!

5. With this guy I wouldn't use the term blue dog
Red-bush is the term I'd use.

Because in the end, unlike someone like Heath Schuler, this guy will vote anti-union, pro-free trade. So...red-bush is what I'd call him.

8. Ha! I wouldn't put it past him to even switch parties
back to GOP if he had won the Democratic seat.

The guy is pure scum.

9. That was my concern
I could see him switching back when he got in congress

And he'd probably use the then-congressman phil gramm's BS -- I din't leave the P_arty, the Party left me crap

10. Just the link to the SoS site
http://www.sos.ne.gov/elec/2008/ElectNight/primary.htm

Now 49% of the vote is counted. Kleeb 68%, Raimondo 26%. Still over 40% margin.

13. Can someone help me with this?
I thought NE already held a primary for the Dems. What's going on? Is it a caucus?

14. Nebraska had an earlier caucus where the presidential delegates were chosen
This time around is the primary vote count where the actual votes count for the seats down ticket, or so I understand.
